It is with deepest regret that I inform you of my son, Michael McMunn's, passing on January 14, 2003.

Michael was a member of the Mainland Mustangs from 1980 to 1983, where he played the saxophone. Those were special years for Mike, and his parents, who enjoyed all the performances and competitions. Michael went on to become an accomplished musician, playing the piano at the Claridge and winning a talent competition, where he played one of his favorites, "Freebird". During the ensuing years, Michael mastered the keyboard and wrote volumes of "lyrics", which have yet to be set to music. He became a father of five beautiful children and, while they were his biggest priority, music was always in his heart.

To all the wonderful alumni, thank you for all the beautiful memories and this wonderful website.
